Questions before you start
Do I need to connect production data immediately?
No. You can create the workspace and configure its operating baseline first. The application shows an explicit empty state until you connect a live source.
Does InternalStatus replace observability tools?
No. InternalStatus sits above them. It correlates what Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, your model providers and your agents already know into one page a founder can read.
Is this a public status page, like statuspage.io or incident.io?
No. Those publish uptime to your customers. InternalStatus is internal by design: a private page for the operator that says whether the company is working and what needs a decision. Nothing is ever published.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace falls back to Free. Watchers and sources beyond the Free limits are paused, not deleted, and your history is kept for fourteen days after any downgrade or cancellation so you can export it or upgrade again.
Can I cancel from the app?
Yes. Lemon Squeezy provides the secure customer portal for invoices, payment methods, plan changes and cancellation.
