Accounts

You are responsible for the credentials you connect and for who you invite into a workspace. Workspace owners and admins can see and manage connected integrations; they cannot retrieve a stored secret, because InternalStatus does not return one after creation.

Acceptable use

• Connect only accounts you are authorised to connect.
• Do not use InternalStatus to monitor people rather than systems.
• Do not attempt to access another workspace’s data, or to use the ingest endpoints to send volumes designed to degrade the service.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Plans begin with a seven-day Pro trial that does not require a card. When a trial ends without a subscription, the workspace falls back to Free, and data outside the Free retention window is removed on the usual schedule.

Plan limits — events, connectors, watchers, seats, retention and polling frequency — are enforced. Reaching one prevents adding more of that resource; it does not delete what you already have.

What InternalStatus does not promise

InternalStatus correlates signals from tools you connect. It cannot observe what it is not connected to, cannot guarantee that every meaningful problem produces a signal, and is not a substitute for your own monitoring, alerting or on-call arrangements.

Watchers, briefs and incident verdicts are decision support. You remain responsible for the decisions you make with them, including the consequences of an alert that did not fire.

Availability

InternalStatus is provided as-is, without a contractual uptime commitment on self-serve plans. Scheduled processing runs on an interval determined by your plan; it is not real time.

Termination

You can cancel at any time through the billing portal, and delete your workspace from settings. We may suspend an account for a material breach of acceptable use, and will say why unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.
